The Opportunity: OA Private Capital, an affiliate of RDV Corporation, is a private investment firm managing an alternative asset portfolio specializing in private equity. OA Private Capital is seeking qualified candidates to join the firm's Summer 2027 Internship Program. Investment Analyst Interns will receive extensive training and exposure to the overall private equity landscape, with a particular focus on middle market buyout funds, through the valuation and underwriting of private equity fund commitments, related co-investments, secondaries, and other alternative strategies. Additionally, OA Private Capital will provide each Investment Analyst Intern with unlimited access to Wall Street Prep, a platform of self-study online courses in financial modeling, to supplement the training and experience throughout the internship program. The Investment Analyst Intern position supports members of the OA Private Capital Investment Group with responsibilities including investment underwriting, portfolio monitoring, database maintenance, and other internal projects. This is a short-term position designed for college undergraduate students interested in gaining experience in investment management and exposure to the broader private equity industry.
